aland sees our staff the greatest asset. aland holds responsibility for all staff in terms of rights and benefits, career development and pressure management. aland hopes to grow with its staff.

aland works cooperates with clients on the basis of trust and mutual benefit and pays special attention to the sustainability of development. In dealing with clients, all commercial practices are based on the principle of fairness an d any behavior that may cause loss to partners is prevented.

Work environment

At aland, we have the production safety committee, which is led by the general manager, to be responsible for the production safety inside the company and establishes a complete emergency system, makes out well-organized emergency plan and carries out regular exercises to improve the emergency rescue capacity of our staff.

    In flavor aland continuously innovates flavors of nutritional products, hoping to provide consumers products with a well-balanced and refreshing taste.     aland has worked to make contribution to the society since its foundation. Under the guidance of “let kindness lead the future”, we carried on “100 Kindness” program with an emphasis on such fields as wellness, education and poverty alleviation and hope to make changes through our efforts.

    aland creates green production environment and reduces the damage to community and environment to the minimum with the efforts in energy management, resource management and waste treatment.

    Recyclable economy, clean production

    aland sets up “clean production” supervision group, and allots responsibilities to all staff to encourage them all to be part of aland’s effort to realize the target tp conserve energy, cut consumption, reduce waste and improve efficiency.

    Greenhouse gas emission reduction

    aland achieved ISO14001 environmental management certification and manages resources with systematic methods and tools, along with matching verification mechanism to supervise the level of carbon emission.

    Waste treatment

    aland practices scientific waste sorting and treatment in accordance with related regulations.

    Green Ecology

    aland holds regular green-themed activities to raise the ecological awareness among staff and encourage them to make contributions in building a green community.

    In 2018, aland worked with Peter Lee Care For Life Foundation on children care project to support and finance those in difficulty and with serious diseases and on Chinese herb farming project to create jobs for people in poverty-stricken areas in the targeted and sustainable manner.

    Regular donation

    aland launches monthly charity sale since May 2018 and all money raised will be used for the cure of children suffering congenital heart disease.
